Start at the IFRC country directory for CPR and first aid, and the ILS member list for lifesaving certification. If you would like us to add your country directly to this page, email hello@swimminglifesaving.com with two or three links to named training providers in your country. We add countries as readers ask for them.

What this page does not cover

  • Swimming lessons. Too local to list well. For a beginner or child, find a swim school through your country's member federation of World Aquatics, or ask a local pool for a recommendation.
  • Specialist certifications. Commercial dive medic, wilderness first responder, tactical medicine, and similar niche training are out of scope here. Their governing bodies are easy to find once you know the name.
